We’ve Awarded Growing Hope £2,000
Returning once again to kick off our Christmas activities was our highly popular event, Elf School.
For only £2.50 per child, visitors were invited to enjoy an immersive festive experience like no other. Little Elves in the making could enjoy a festive makeover including rosy cheeks, pointy hats, and their very own Elf name. Once they ticked off all the tasks on the Elf Class list, they were rewarded with their very own Elf School graduation certificate, a tasty treat and a virtual message from Santa himself.
This week, our Marketing Manager, Rebecca Gomme, presented Growing Hope, Eden’s charity partner, with a cheque for £2,000 – a portion of Elf School’s proceeds.
Joe Cook, from Growing Hope said, “We were delighted that Eden Shopping Centre chose to support Growing Hope High Wycombe at their Christmas events this year, both at the switching on of the Christmas Lights and through their Elf School, which Growing Hope families were invited to take part in.
“We were thrilled with the wonderful news of the generous donation of £2,000 to Growing Hope High Wycombe raised from Eden’s Elf School, and we are so grateful that Eden chose and championed our charity.
“The money will help so many more children and families receive therapy, support and hope from our therapists and volunteers.”
Growing Hope is a charity that provides free therapy for children with additional needs. They aim to bridge the gap between need and provision by providing complimentary therapy services to enable children to reach their full potential.
