Baby changing and feeding facilities
There are three baby changing rooms located in the customer toilets in Welcome Hall adjacent to the Customer Services desk. Two of these rooms include a toilet along with a brand new comfortable baby feeding facility. The third room includes facilities for baby changing and feeding but doesn’t include a toilet.

Lifts
For those with buggies or prams, there are three lifts from the Green Car Park, two from the Orange Car Park and two from Purple Car Park into the centre and one lift on Level 1 (Hollywood Bowl, Yo Sushi and Cineworld). M&S also have customer lifts located within their store.
Amazon Lockers
The lockers can be found on level 1 in the Green Car Park and will allow you to collect or return your purchases to Amazon at a time that is convenient for you.
The service is free to any Amazon Prime members or just £1.99 for non-Prime member for one-day delivery and the lockers can accept parcels up to 42 cm x 35 cm x 32 cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg.
How to click and collect with Amazon Locker
1) Find & Save your Amazon Locker – Search for Eden Shopping Centre, High Wycombe locker and add it to your Amazon address book
2)
3) Pick Up Your Parcel – Once Amazon has emailed your unique pickup code, go to your Locker and follow the instructions on the screen
Collect+
Collect+ items can be collected or delivered for return at Customer Services from Monday to Saturday: 9.30am to 6pm and Sunday: 11am to 5pm.
InPost
We’ve partnered with InPost to bring parcel lockers to the centre to make online shopping and sending parcels even easier. The InPost Locker is located opposite the orange lift lobby, by the side of Sketchers.
Whether you’re picking up or dropping off a parcel, all you do is scan a code and the locker door pops open. This locker will be available to use 24/7.
